To initiate a warranty claim, please share your purchase invoice(Amazon/flipkart/shopmurphy) and a short video of the faulty light while it’s connected to the electricity supply via WhatsApp at 9680912290.
Once we receive the documents, we will process your claim. If it’s an outdoor light, we’ll initiate a pickup, and after receiving the light, our technical team will repair it. If it’s an indoor light, we’ll send you a replacement light.
It will take 7-10 working days to get a replacement.
